How we operate . . .
Temporary and contract staff are employed directly by us. Wages,
PAYE, ACC, leave, etc, are administered by Dental Personnel. Timesheets
are signed by our clients and returned to us weekly.
Permanent applicants are thoroughly interviewed by Dental
Personnel before they are referred to our clients. They may come from our
database of temporary staff or from advertisements placed by us
on behalf of our clients.
The key to a good working relationship in a dental practice is
employing the right staff who have mutual respect
for each other's ability; With Dental Personnel's help, many
practices have achieved this successful balance.

Client Dentist Contractural Terms and Conditions
No charge will be made if the relieving assistant supplied by Dental Personnel proves unsatisfactory and
Dental Personnel are informed within two hours of the assignment commencing.
A relieving assistant is offered to a dentist client on the condition that the dentist accepts full responsibilty
for the supervision of work and any actions whatsoever of the relieving assistant whilst assigned to the dentist.
Dental Personnel accepts no responsibility for the actions of an assistant whilst that assistant is assigned to the
CLIENT DENTIST EMPLOYMENT
A permanent placement fee at Dental Personnel's current rates will be charged should a relieving assistant
supplied by Dental Personnel be employed directly by the dentist client.
Similarly the dentist client will pay a placement fee at Dental Personnel's current rates for any relieving
assistant who within six months of completing an assignment, either accepts permanent or temporary
employment with the client dentist; or accepts permanent or temporary employment with any other person where the introduction of the relieving assistant to that person was made during or as a result of the assignment.
Should that assistant leave that position within six weeks of commencing permanent employment 50% of the
fee will be refunded. This refund will only apply if the fee has been paid within 7 days of the invoice.
Invoices are payable within seven days of the invoice date. Dental Personnel reserves the right to charge
interest at their ruling overdraft rate on overdue accounts. All unpaid accounts will incur late payment fees
& collection costs.
The minimum assignment period for a relieving assistant is 4 hours, excluding lunch break.
Rates are subject to adjustment to cover penalty and overtime considerations and subject to alteration without notice. Quoted rates are exclusive of GST.
ACCEPTANCE OF AN ASSIGNMENT FROM DENTAL PERSONNEL IS DEEMED TO BE ACCEPTANCE OF THIS
AGREEMENT AND THE ABOVE CONDITIONS.
